Acquisition creates data analytics powerhouse for associations and non-profits
The Founder and CEO of Association Analytics was a thought leader in the association space. A woman who had launched her career in IT in the association space, she saw the power of data for entities focused entirely on membership service in a changing world. A2 brought data analytics to associations and non-profits across America, helping them retain members and refine program services for a new era. With the goal of launching a new business in an entirely different industry, she needed new leadership to power A2 into the future.
We realized that A2’s customer footprint, technology acumen and thought leadership in the association space offered a buyer an exciting future. The ideal next generation leader was discovered in-house when the COO realized she had the opportunity to purchase A2. Julie Sciullo, a young entrepreneur, is taking the business and realizing the Founder’s vision.
The combination of A2 and Data Analytics Group boosted the company’s position as the market leader in data analytics solutions for associations and non-profits. Meanwhile, A2’s Founder, a serial entrepreneur, was able to use the funds from the sale to start a new company.
