Kelly has nearly three decades of broad experience in software and technology, with a track record of success. He is a veteran corporate change agent, having served as Vice President of Strategy at AVEVA, and in Senior Director roles in AVEVA’s Marketing organization. His efforts have generated tremendous value, including spearheading post-merger and post-acquisition integrations between major corporate entities. As an entrepreneur, Kelly founded SuperQ Software Corporation, a Statistical Process Control (SPC) software and consulting company that served industrial automation and healthcare sectors. As CEO, he actively managed all aspects of the company, from which he successfully exited seven years later.
With a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology from University of Hartford and an MBA from University of Connecticut, Kelly is a strong proponent of continuous personal and professional challenge and the developmental rewards that result from that path, including strong competence across a spectrum of technical and business arenas.
A proud father of a son and daughter, he is committed to “give back and pay it forward” by helping software business owners plan and execute the biggest financial transaction of their lives (in most cases). He is also committed to give to charitable causes to make a difference and help people.
